My Buddy Icons

My Buddy Icons is an easy-to-use AIM buddy icon tool. It allows you to customize, modify or make your own buddy icons, then send them into your AIM to change your buddy icons directly.
My Buddy Icons includes more than 160 original icons and 100 website links for buddy icons.
My Buddy Icons allows you to customize your buddy icons with 20 image filters or combine your favorite icons with many background images, and then send them into your AIM.
My Buddy Icons can import images of 25 image formats, so you can easily convert your photos or pictures to buddy icons.
IconCool

IconCool is a powerful and user-friendly tool for managing, extracting, converting and distributing icons.
An icon library with dozens of sample entries is included and accessible through a tree-style organizational system, allowing you to categorize icons and create new libraries within them. You can search icons in the library by keywords.
It allows you to view icons within files and save them as ICO, CUR, GIF, JPG. You can also convert images from 25 formats to icons.
IconCool also includes a large directory of 400 icon web sites with which you can find more than 200,000 icons and allows you to edit, delete, and add site information.

IconCool Editor is a powerful and user-friendly tool for editing icon or small web graphics. IconCool Editor has all the functions for creating and editing ICO, CUR, ANI, GIF, JPG, EMF, WMF, TGA, TIF and WBMP image files.
IconCool Editor has a special function: It can send the edited icon back to My Buddy Icons easily.
IconCool Editor can create and edit icons for Windows XP in 32-bit color depth with a alpha channel, now you can easily create the wonderful semi-transparent XP icons.
IconCool Editor has 50 image filters and 15 image effects, including Blurring, Diffusing, Linear Gradient, 3D Shadow, 3D Button, Text Gradient Effects and more.
IconCool Editor can convert images in 25 formats to icons. You can extract icons from any files and then edit them. You can export icons to ICO, ICL, GIF, JPG, PNG, WBMP, EMF, WMF, TGA and TIF images. |
