This second version of our electronic book teaches C++ as the language is implemented in Borland C++ Builder. The intent of this ebook is to prepare the reader to the Visual Component Library (VCL), which is the library used to visually create Windows graphical applications. This ebook doesn`t teach how to create Windows Graphical User Interface (GUI) applications.
Rather, it lays all the necessary foundation a reader would need before moving to graphical applications design, which makes this book unique, very indispensable and unavoidable.
